The new Eagle Transmission tier is the ideal entry point to the AXS universe: an ecosystem of wireless connected components designed to deliver high performance and a fully integrated driving experience.

The GX Eagle AXS Transmission GX Upgrade Kit is designed to make the transition from mechanical to electronic transmission as quick and easy as possible. Inside you will find everything you need to enter the AXS world in just a few steps, without complications.

Installation is intuitive: you simply remove the threaded cage and mounting screw from your Eagle 90 or Eagle 70 rear derailleur and attach them directly to the new GX Eagle AXS Transmission body.

Rounding out the kit, you'll also find an Eagle T-Type PowerLock breaker, designed to simplify chain reassembly and get you right back in the saddle.

Designed to make it as easy as possible to upgrade from the mechanical to the wireless system, the GX Eagle AXS Transmission Upgrade Kit includes the AXS-compatible shifter body, AXS controller Pod, Eagle T-Type PowerLock link, AXS battery, and AXS battery charger.
Please note: The kit does not include the screw cage, positioning jig, knurled ring, bushing, and mounting screw. Eagle 90 or Eagle 70 gearbox components that need to be replaced for the upgrade must be reused.

The GX Eagle AXS Transmission body is the main component of the GX Eagle AXS Upgrade Kit and can only be purchased together with the complete kit.

The GX Eagle AXS Transmission Upgrade Kit is designed to upgrade from the mechanical system to the wireless system. Quite simply, remove the threaded cage section and mounting screw from your Eagle 90 or 70 rear derailleur and reinstall the new GX Eagle AXS Transmission body. Once done, use the Eagle T-Type Powerlock link included in the kit to reassemble the chain, and refer to the Eagle Transmission Chain Guide and Positioning Template for mounting.

The GX Eagle AXS Transmission rear derailleur is compatible with all Transmission model cages and GX, Eagle 90 and Eagle 70 Transmission mounting screw kits.
