Inaugurated on January 1st 2023, SRAM Italia Tech Center is the first and only official SRAM Technical Support (STS) in Italy.

Born from the collaboration between SRAM and Beltrami TSA , the center was created to offer highly specialized technical support to all official Italian retailers .

Thanks to the close connection with the European network of Technical Support (STS) and Technical Centers , the new Italian STC guarantees fast and efficient assistance services for all SRAM, RockShox, Zipp, TIME and Quarq products, including:

Professional repairs and maintenance
Personalized technical consultancy
Warranty Claims Management

This centre represents a major evolution in after-sales support in Italy, offering technicians, workshops and partner shops direct access to specialist expertise and tailor-made assistance.

Our Services

Our technical center offers professional and highly specialized interventions for the main components of high-performance bicycles. We are able to manage revisions, repairs and updates on:

FORKS

Complete overhaul with gasket replacement, fluid upgrade and custom tuning.

SHOCK ABSORBERS

Dismantling and thorough cleaning, regeneration of internal parts, nitrogen refill, technical updates and replacement of internal and accessory parts.

BRAKES

Diagnosis and maintenance of the entire system, including bleeding, oil and seal replacement, hydraulic response testing, and customization.

Transmissions

Interventions on mechanical and electronic gearboxes, replacement of internal components, firmware updates and performance optimization.

WHEELS

Services on hubs and bearings, replacement, full spoking, tension optimization and professional wheel centering.

Telescopic seatposts

Cleaning, complete overhaul and replacement of internal components, with verification of system functionality and responsiveness.

Warranty procedures are handled as quickly as possible, and may vary based on spare parts availability. On average, the complete process takes 48/72 hours , except in special cases.
