FACTOR LANDO XC
Factor Bikes The British brand, very famous among road riders, makes its debut in the Mtb world with the launch of its first ever range of mountain bikes. enters the Mtb world with two new bikes: Lando XC and Lando HT

The full suspension model is called Lando XC and is optimized for a 100- or 120-mm fork with a rear travel of 115 mm (45-mm shock) or 100 mm (40-mm shock)
- The frame, with included shock absorber and hardware tips the scales at 2.1 kg and is designed for fast and aggressive riding.
- The suspension kinematics are designed to balance the benefits of traction and comfort with the pedaling efficiency required for Xc racing.
- Maintaining torsional stiffness and low overall frame weight was also a crucial consideration in the bike's design.
- A vertically oriented shock absorber ensures that forces are concentrated in the bottom bracket area, which is the strongest area, saving weight.
- Similarly, the "split in two" column at the bottom allows the use of a "monobox" connection for the horizontal chainstays, which provides increased torsional stiffness and reduced weight.
- In a nutshell, the shock absorber attaches directly to the lower chainstays, which at the front come together and take the form of a carbon plate, at the end of which is the hole for anchoring the pivot.
