Beltrami TSA is investing in digital transformation with support from the Emilia-Romagna ERDF Operational Program 2021–2027

Beltrami TSA continues its journey of innovation with a project focused on digitizing business processes and improving the services offered to retailers.

The initiative was carried out with the support of the Emilia-Romagna ERDF Regional Program 2021–2027, as part of efforts to support the digital transition of businesses.

The Project

Beltrami TSA has launched a digital innovation project to revamp its B2B e-commerce platform for retailers.

Based on the Toolbox platform, the new portal incorporates advanced features for managing catalogs, orders, and customers, with specific customizations such as integration with SAP and dedicated dashboards for agents and customers.

The project also includes the implementation of an artificial intelligence system integrated with the company's systems, aimed at improving information management and making business and logistics processes more efficient.

Objectives of the Initiative

The investment aims to:

  • improve the retailer experience through advanced digital tools;
  • optimize the management of business information;
  • increase the efficiency of business and logistics processes;
  • to promote integration among the company's various information systems;
  • support the company's growth and competitiveness through technological innovation.
