The piston and reservoir have been redesigned to optimize oil flow, ensuring greater traction on consecutive parabolics and challenging rock gardens. Designed for riders tackling all types of terrain, the range of adjustments has been updated with a new external compression adjuster, offering a wider and more adaptable range that meets the needs of different bikes, riders, and terrain conditions.
New plumbing update
More grip, greater traction and absolute control on the most challenging tracks. The Super Deluxe introduces a hydraulic update for high-speed compression (HSC) and low-speed compression (LSC), ensuring responsive suspension performance that is always in control. The oil path in the LSC circuit has been made smoother, offering five positions of absorption ranging from light to firm response, without compromising grip.
A new piston with increased flow, along with faster rebound response, optimizes oil flow and reed action. This system reduces rear wheel uncertainties and eases the transition between hydraulic circuits, improving traction and the ability to follow the chosen trajectory.
The Super Deluxe offers a wider range of adjustment than previous versions, with an appropriate number of clicks that can be felt in the actual performance of the suspension.
DebonAir
In addition to the traditional Linear and Progressive reservoirs, the new DebonAir+ Linear XL is the new secret weapon for your shock absorber.
Riders have been asking us for an air reservoir that bridges the gap between the Super Deluxe and Vivid. The answer is the Linear XL. With more volume in the positive air volume, the Linear XL provides riders with incredible responsiveness at the start of the ride.
Despite the increased volume, the Linear XL does not compromise adjustability. With room for up to eight Bottomless Tokens (four in the holder and four in the tank), air volume can be adjusted for extremely precise response.
Vivid Coil
For uncompromising downhill performance, the coil spring is unsurpassed. The Vivid Coil builds on the distinctive absorption characteristics of the coil spring, integrating advanced technologies and unique features. Although the coil spring is not new, the Vivid Coil's hydraulics, design and architecture take full advantage of RockShox technology to create a sophisticated component that enables riders to tackle increasingly challenging trails.
Designed to tackle all types of terrain, the Vivid Coil uses TouchDown RC2T technology, a position-sensitive hydraulic system that provides excellent absorption at the beginning of the stroke while maintaining consistent support at the middle and end of the stroke. In addition, the adjustable hydraulic bottom stroke allows for customization of compression absorption in the last 20 percent of the stroke.
Touchdown Technology
The Vivid Coil's hydraulics are based on the new position-sensitive TouchDown technology. This rear shock offers forgiving response at the beginning of the stroke, while maintaining composure at mid- and full-stroke. The smooth transition between different stages of absorption ensures a seamless experience, allowing you to focus only on the excitement of the descent.
As you react to different types of bottoming on your favorite trails, Vivid Coil's TouchDown technology easily handles each jump. To effectively absorb small bumps at the beginning of the ride, TouchDown technology completely bypasses the compression caused by the main piston in the first 10 percent of its stroke. But eliminating small jolts caused by the terrain is only the beginning.
To safely tackle the most challenging sections, the next 70 percent of the Vivid Coil's stroke uses controlled and stable compression damping. In addition to the versatility of TouchDown technology, the adjustable hydraulic bottom end allows you to calibrate the suspension to deal with the hardest hits that strain the shock in the last 20 percent of the stroke.

The Vivid takes advantage of Adjustable Hydraulic Bottom Out (AHBO), an adjustable hydraulic bottom out that increases compression absorption in the last 20 percent of the stroke. The decision on how much absorption you want is completely in your hands! This essential component includes a selector switch that offers five different compression positions, allowing you to customize the shock-absorbing effect.
The Vivid Coil's AHBO allows for a wide range of rebound adjustments, ideal for perfectly matching the kinematics of the frame.
